Want to find out how more about our coffee? Here’s how we pick our flavors and batches.

To find the perfect cup of coffee, we looked to our roots. As we’re both of Ethiopian descent, we wanted to recreate the coffee from our childhoods, longing to smell and taste the same coffee our mothers would serve in the living room. For us, this meant a trip across the ocean!

We spent months experimenting with different beans, blends, and brewing techniques from farms all over Ethiopia before finally picking a partner that allowed us to honor their products and maintain sustainable practices. We’re excited to work with Tona Farms who specializes in a natural process of drying their coffee cherries to bring out the very best flavor. With their specialty blends you’ll find these flavor profiles:

  • Berries: Blueberry, raspberry, or strawberry.
  • Citrus: Lemon, bergamot, or lime.
  • Florals: Jasmine or rose.
  • Sweetness: Honey, chocolate, or wine-like characteristics.

We wanted every cup to be as special as the interactions we’d have with our customers as well as being as affordable as possible. Our menu is small but intentional: classic favorites like cappuccinos and cold brews, alongside creative seasonal specials. (Wait until you try our lavender honey latte this spring!)
